Returns & Warranty

All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or cancelled for change-of-mind reasons once production has begun or gemstones have been secured.

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our jewellery and will always take responsibility for genuine manufacturing faults or defects. Damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, impact, improper care, or work carried out by another jeweller is not covered.

Jewellery is delicate by nature and requires ongoing care and maintenance. We recommend annual professional cleaning and inspections to keep your jewellery looking beautiful and your gemstones secure.
